Prefabricated passive house for a young family, situated on a relatively narrow and slightly unfavourable plot. The challenge was to provide the family maximum comfort, but at the same time focus on the legislation and discretely place it in the existing built structure along the street. The main living area is situated on the ground floor, along with the longest side of the plot and is open to the south-western sun. The upper volume with pitched roof follows the houses in the street and is occupied with sleeping rooms. The volume is supported by a steel frame and offers shelter to the entrance and the car.
