In the new part of Sežana we designed a solid built house that conforms to some Karst origin. The house is designed on a tilted ground, for that reason the garage is located on the lower level accessible from the road, whereas the house itself is situated on the upper level, lifted above the sights from the street. The main living area is situated on the ground floor opening towards the south, facing the lawn with a swimming pool. The terrace and the outdoor kitchen are partly protected by an extension – a combination of a flat roof and pergola - which offers shelter against bora.
On the 1st floor there are sleeping rooms and a bigger bathroom with a utility / technical room with views over the distant lanscape.
